MeadowWood Assisted Living is affiliated with St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center.  Both facilities are housed next door to each other on the same campus and are physically connected through an indoor walkway.  Having both facilities in close proximity provides access, if needed or desired for tenants and residents of both facilities, to the level of care needed as health care needs change.  

 

St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility located at 2902 East Avenue South in La Crosse, WI.  Guided by Catholic ethical and moral standards, their goal is to foster your success.  St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center has a warm, home-like atmosphere and offers 30 semi-private rooms along with 20 private rooms.  The facility offers a wide range of services including the following:

Residents are encouraged to bring furnishings such as pictures, furniture, or other cherished items from home to make their room feel more familiar.  The goal is to make the residents feel comfortable and cared for during their stay.

 

St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
