Your health, well-being and quality of life are our priority here at MeadowWood Assisted Living. 

 

We provide a wide variety of services tailored to meet your individual needs.  (See section on "Services Available")  MeadowWood has a Registered Nurse on staff and also receive support from the nurses at St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center in case of an after-hours emergency.  Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) will assist with your personal cares if needed.  Each tenant can select the services that best meet their needs.

 

The registered nurse at MeadowWood is available to answer any questions or address concerns related to your health and well-being.  Care conferences can be facilitated on an "as needed" basis and consult with physicians to ensure optimum health and quality of life.
