The mission of Catholic Residential Services, a service ministry agency of the Diocese of La Crosse, is to establish and maintain residential programs with supportive services that make real and effective the presence of Christ and His Church to those served.  Catholic Residential Services will extend its mission through service, compassion, empowerment, and advocacy.  These services will be provided to the people throughout the nineteen counties which comprise the Diocese of La Crosee, without regard to religion, race, age or gender.
